I can't thank Gagan and Karan enough for being lifesavers. A few months ago, we bought our first property, and our broker wrongly told us that our loan was unconditionally approved. Not knowing the process, we paid a 10% deposit of $60,000 and made our contract unconditional. We kept asking for the loan documents, but they were never provided. Finally, just one week before the settlement, our broker told us the loan was never approved. We were at risk of losing our life savings of $60,000 if we couldn't get the loan approved. I could say, WizWealth, they are the best in the Melbourne market. The take everything so in details and provide best solutions to customers. I personally so frustrated with other brokers and finally went to Rick and Gagan. They made my case very simple. I though i never get anymore loans, but right from the first meeting they kept telling me, they will make it to the loan and they did it. The main reason i rated 5* is their ability to answer your phone call no matter ho many times you call them . Sometime even they miss the while busy, they were like 100% call back and make sure everything is alright. They will be upfront telling you, whether they can make it to the loan or not. They don't waste your time, what ever the possible options they discuss everything with you. They don't hide or do the dodgy thing behind.
