Above and beyond!! This is the best way to describe Simon and his team. My wife and I had a unique situation involving a lost title (banks fault) on a house being used as equity for a new purchase. The entire team at finance for living worked day at night to get our situation resolved! Only because of them were we able to settle and move into our new home :) I can’t recommend them any more if I tried!

Ainslie was amazing to deal with - from start to finish, she remained in constant communication with us and walked us through the processes step by step and explained everything to us. We didn't have a "usual situation" but that didn't alter her approach. Everything on our end was so simple and appeared seemless and quick… The amount of knowledge & expertise displayed is comforting during what can be a stressful time due to life changing choices being made. Yet it wasn't stressful - and that is thanks to the level of personalised, customer centric service we received, which was second to none. Everyone I spoke to or interacted with, genuinely appeared to really care about getting us the best loan - and nothing was ever too much trouble. I can't adequately put into words my gratitude for everything you have done for us, so all I can say is THANK YOU! We have been with Simon and his team for more than 10 years. Throughout that time we have received fantastic guidance, professional service, and prompt responses. Most recently the team were persistent in chasing our bank to refund us for an error. It certainly takes away the stress having a business like this taking care of this area of our lives.

I attempted to refinance with my current lender ANZ and then my longtime credit union by myself. I was so disappointed with the interest rate and service they offered me so contacted Finance for Living who was recommended by my local FB Community page. Not only did they deliver 3 potential lenders to me offering a better interest rate, at the last minute when my usual big 4 bank swept in offering to match the best interest rate offer with a 2k cash back sweetener, FFL then organised this all for me. Ainslee, Simon & their whole admin team have been so professional and helpful I honestly couldn't recommend them highly enough. They've saved me quite a lot of money in interest I'd otherwise be paying to a big bank!

The haste at which they responded to my communications felt like breakneck speed. They were always able to roll with my changing circumstances, quickly shifting my loan options to give me the best, up-to-date choices. They genuinely turned what was a daunting experience for me into something manageable where I actually felt like I was empowered to make the best financial choice. Just having that confidence removed much of the stress entirely. Cheers to Simon and the whole team!

The team at Finance For Living are amazing. They never once made me feel like getting a loan was too hard as a single person, and really helped to get a team around me (buyers advocate, conveyancer, etc.) when I needed the extra support and advice about who to trust. Because of this I was approved for a loan and bought my place in less than 3 months from our first meeting. They also answered all my questions, no matter how basic, without ever making me feel bad for not knowing and were amazing at talking through and breaking down my options with me.

Draining conversations with multiple banks, brokers basically I was stuck to make a move. Then I was referred to Simon through my friend and couldn’t be more grateful for it. Received excellent advice tailored to our situation and very attentive and responsive service. They also assisted in escalating early settlement process with the bank. We required a mortgage application for a new loan and refinancing two other mortgages. Would highly recommend!

Simon routinely followed up with us until the time was right for us to refinance. He was polite and didn't push us. When we were ready he was very patient and provided clear explanation and advice. Excellent rate and service Simon made the process of getting funding, and then down the track refinancing very simple.
