Graham has been such a pleasure to work with. From the get go, our interests and what was best for our family was put first. Because this is our first time buying a home, we were very nervous and uneducated about the process, but Graham assured us each time we had our doubts that everything would be fine. At times we thought everything felt a bit too easy but that’s because Graham made the process easy for us by explaining everything in detail. We recently used GT Financial services to refinance our residential and investment loans. Graham suggested a very simple loan structure compared the complex structure we had with our previous lender. He negotiated a discount on the interest rates before settlement and again a further discount just 1 week after we settled our loans. We are super impressed with the result. Overall the refinance process took about 3 months which was longer than I expected. I thank Graham for his help over the last few months.

Graham has handled my mortgage broking since 2013, with him recently refinancing three properties to another lender. I couldn’t be more impressed with Graham, his knowledge and understanding of my personal goal and what I personally wish to achieve through my investing. I have referred several people to him over the years, and I am impressed with their feedback and thoughts of their experiences. I would strongly recommend him to anyone. Side note, he has recently bought a coffee machine, so you no longer need to avoid drinking the instant stuff he used to make.

It was my first time to build a brand new investment property - the process of which is very different from purchasing an existing house. Graham has helped me not only to secure funding at a time when the lending criteria was tight, but to walk me through the entire process. He has simplified it for me and make it less confusing.
